  • "Vinny and Sam were amazing! We had a car accident in our Audi Q5 due to snow storm. We went shopping around for auto repair quotes and no one could beat the price this family shop gave us. They were very upfront and passionate about what they do. They demonstrated plenty of knowledge in their work. We felt confident to go with them and they handled everything with insurance as well! They did give us a timeline of a month and unfortunately it was not completed within a month. However, Vinny and Sam were not to blame. This couple truly values their customer and will do their best. They were both very responsive and transparent on the work in hand. We also did follow up plenty proactively to receive updates. The delay came from technical issues with our special car headlights and dealership final check. It was not a small project so we understand the lengthy timeline. We were most worried about our car rental deadline. At the end result, I was very picky on cosmetics and checking everything was back to normal. Vinny had no issue taking our car back to achieve what I wanted done properly when it came to cosmetic paint I still saw on car or my blackout not sticking properly. He made sure I was satisfied getting back my car in prime condition. Thank you Vinny & Sam for everything!   • "Easy, quick and great service! I backed into a concrete partition and put a pretty bad dent right in the middle of the bottom of my bumper. I spoke with Vinny and he was able to get me in the same week and replaced the molding and repaired the bumper in just over a day. He was also able to fix two small dents on the side of my car from someone hitting it with their car door. They work with you whether you use insurance or not! Great company!"

  • "I cannot say enough nice things about Vincent and Sam at Dent Max. A young lady backed into me in a parking lot. The damage wasn't huge, but I still wanted it fixed. I googled auto repair shops near me, and proceeded to scroll over each one to see customer rating. Dent Max had 5 stars and I knew exactly where I was taking my car. Best Decision ever! The Work: I dropped it off Monday, and it was done by Thursday. I was concerned it might take longer, especially with two recent hail storms. Samantha assured me it will not impact timeline at all. It looks awesome. My car color is birch which is a silver/gold and a hard color to match, I can't tell where the original paint starts and ends. Customer Service: Outstanding! Samantha goes out of her way to make this the most painless process. Once I had the initial call with the other party's insurance company, Samantha took care of the rest. She coordinated estimates, helped to arrange my rental, worked directly with the insurance company. Vincent was all over the repair. He explained what was going to happen in great detail, My grandfather owned a body shop, I've spent plenty of afternoons in the office. When Vincent was explaining, I knew immediately I was with a guy who knew his stuff and was going to fix it the right way. The DentMax team is awesome and I would highly recommend them to anybody."
